Investing in women and children
Since 2008, Seeds of Africa has been dedicated to lowering the barriers to personal development and prosperity that poverty and a poor education create. We have impacted over 1500 people in Ethiopia, transforming the trajectories of those we serve.
Our programs in Adama are a shining example of the importance of finding local solutions for poverty alleviation. We move beyond the traditional aid model, shifting from mere relief efforts to providing families with the resources and skills they need to grow their communities. We have learned the effectiveness of our unique education and economic development model that focuses on the family as a unit.
Our vision is to replicate our sustainable model in the broader Ethiopian system and in other African communities through local and global partnerships. We are committed to developing initiatives that will provide long-term and sustainable solutions in K-8 education and economic development for women in Ethiopia and beyond.
