On Tuesday, December 8th, Questlove, founding member of musical group The Roots and Musical Director for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, supported the Seeds of Africa Foundation at its annual New Yorkers for Seeds fundraiser by performing curated DJ set list of Prince, Michael Jackson, Blondie and more. Guests celebrated the evening with signature cocktail recipes courtesy of Owl’s Brew, Tito’s Vodka and Four Roses bourbon while also dancing to the sounds of DJ MOMA.  Guests included Bristol-Myers Squibb Foundation President John Damonti, Mashable Founder Peter Cashmore, Kimmy Huynh, The Dolls’ Mia Moretti and Margot, Rap Artist Cakes da Killa, The Wire actor Gbenga Akinnagbe, Seeds of Africa Founder Atti Worku, Sarah Simmons, TED Global Partnerships Developer Milton Speid (TED), Tigist Helen Schmidt, Leila Straus, Bravo’s Chef Roble, author and filmmaker Nelson George, writer Teju Cole, Malika Weeden and Saada Ahmed.
